I started Twin Lakes in July of 1974 as a one-man, single truck, pool-cleaning business with the help of a small loan from my mother. I've spent many a day cold and wet and other days wondering whether I might just pass out from the heat. I often worked from sunrise to sunset in the field, then returned at night to complete paperwork. The reason I mention this is not to brag but to help you better understand that I have worked all areas in this field.

Twin Lakes now has three separate departments with over 30 employees.

We continue to improve the levels of expertise and professionalism by attending numerous training seminars provided by manufacturers and distributors. We also have in house classes given by various outside experts.

We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and have also been a member of the N.S.P.I. (National Spa and Pool Institute) since 1980 and served on the Ethics Committee and Board of Directors.
